Job Description – Enterprise Sales SpecialistLocation: Mumbai, IndiaExperience: 2–4 YearsDepartment: SalesIndustry: ERP / HCM / CRM / SaaS / Enterprise SoftwareEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in selling ERP, HCM, CRM, or enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate must be skilled in lead generation, sales prospecting, solution selling, and managing the complete sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients.This role requires a combination of strong business understanding, communication skills, and the ability to engage decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, Finance Heads, IT Managers, etc.).Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals. - Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities through consultative selling. - Sell ERP, CRM, and HCM solutions to enterprise clients in the Mumbai region. - Conduct product presentations and coordinate demos with pre-sales teams. - Understand customer requirements and propose the best-fit solutions. - Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations. - Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline and sales activities. - Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and lead-generation targets. - Build strong, long-term client relationships and drive repeat business. - Study competitor offerings and position solutions effectively.Required Skills & Competencies- 2–4 years of experience in selling enterprise software (ERP/HCM/CRM). - Proven track record in lead generation, inside sales, or enterprise sales. - Strong understanding of business workflows (HR, Finance, Sales, SCM). - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. - Highly proactive, target-oriented, and organized. - Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.Education- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.What We Offer- Competitive salary + attractive sales incentives - Learning & development on enterprise software products - Opportunity for career growth into Senior Sales roles - Dynamic and supportive work environment - Exposure to multiple industry verticals
