What you'll do- You'll create compelling motion graphics and video content across every channel we run—paid social ads, product demo videos, explainer animations, event visuals, email campaigns, landing page assets, and more. - You'll own end-to-end execution of motion design projects, moving fast from brief to final delivery while keeping quality razor-sharp. - Your day looks like: Creating animated promotional videos, product updates, product demo footage, editing podcasts and customer stories, and creating motion graphics for landing pages.What we needMust have:- 3–6 years of hands-on motion design and video editing experience (agency or in-house) - Strong portfolio/reel demonstrating range: digital ads, explainer videos, social content, motion graphics, product demos - Proficiency in After Effects, FCP, and Adobe Creative Suite - Solid grasp of animation principles, timing, and storytelling through motion - Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or Fintech brands preferred, B2C acceptable as well - Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and hit deadlines without hand-holdingBonus points:- Experience with creative testing across video ad platforms - Understanding of conversion-focused motion design and how video creative impacts metrics - Strong graphic design foundation in Figma or Illustrator - Basic sound design or audio editing capabilities - Experience using GenAI tools in video/motion workflows (Runway, Pika, etc.) - 3D design skills (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
