Note :- We have 04 openings for the mentioned positions in the following locations:- Surat, Ahmedabad, and Rajkot - NashikKey Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for installed devices within the assigned territory. - Perform device installation, calibration, and user training for customers. - Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure all devices are maintained. - Maintain service documentation, including installation reports, service reports, tour plans, and customer feedback. - Handle customer complaints, troubleshooting, breakdown calls, and preventive maintenance with timely resolution. - Manage service operations through electronic platforms: ticketing, dashboards, and regular updates. - Maintain and track spare parts and device accessories; raise material requests when required. - Inform RSM/RAM about device relocation and other service updates. - Support AMC/CMC collection and service revenue activities.Qualifications and Experience:- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Biomedical, Instrumentation, or related engineering field. - 1–3 years of field service experience in Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or Laboratory Equipment (freshers with strong technical skills may be considered). - Hands-on experience in device installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance preferred.
