Job Description

Overview CCS Global Tech is expanding our Federal IT Staffing division and seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition across the U.S. government sector. This role requires deep expertise in U.S. IT staffing, strong federal market understanding, and proven leadership in managing sourcing or BD teams.Responsibilities • Develop and execute business development strategies targeting U.S. Federal/Government IT clients • Identify, pursue, and secure new staffing contracts; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, program managers, prime vendors, and federal agencies • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction • Lead and manage an India-based sourcing team, including performance oversight, goal-setting, and process improvements • Drive revenue growth, pipeline expansion, and account penetration • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with leadership on pricing and compliance requirements • Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming federal opportunitiesRequirements • 8–15 years work experience, with minimum 6 years in U.S. IT staffing business development • Strong understanding of Federal contracting, IT labor categories, rate structures, and vendor ecosystems • Proven ability to acquire new clients and grow accounts within the U.S. government sector • Demonstrated success managing BD or sourcing teams • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work U.S. time zones when required • Self-driven, strategic thinker with strong execution capabilityCompensation • Salary negotiable based on experience and performance • Additional incentives tied to revenue and client acquisition
