Job Title: WebMethods DeveloperLocation: Remote Experience: 5+ Years Company: VaisesikaAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled WebMethods Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using the WebMethods platform. The ideal candidate must have hands-on development experience (not admin/support) and a solid understanding of integration concepts, API management, and enterprise data flow. This role involves collaborating with architects, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable integration solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement integration solutions using WebMethods (version 10.x+).Work on Integration Server, API Gateway, and Managed File Transfer (MFT).Develop, optimize, and maintain interfaces for seamless data exchange across enterprise systems.Collaborate with Architects and Business Analysts to understand work items, CRs, and technical requirements.Provide accurate estimation for Change Requests and work packets.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised by development teams.Ensure best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks are followed.Work in an agile, collaborative environment to deliver high-quality integration solutions.Mandatory Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience as a WebMethods Developer (development focus—NOT admin/support).Strong hands-on experience with:WebMethods Integration Server (IS)API GatewayManaged File Transfer (MFT) / Active TransferExperience working on WebMethods version 10.x or above.Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and enterprise application integration (EAI).Ability to analyze, estimate, and execute CRs and work packets.Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
