This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in customer support for a hotel or hospitality brand, has excellent English communication skills, and is comfortable handling guests professionally in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide virtual customer support to hotel guests via chat, email, and phoneHandle reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and guest inquiriesAddress guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolutionMaintain high standards of hospitality, empathy, and service excellenceAccurately document customer interactions in internal systemsCoordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations when requiredAdhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standardsWork rotational shifts aligned to EST time zone, including weekends and holidays as requiredMandatory Requirements Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – clarity, confidence, and professionalism are essentialPrior experience in customer support for a hotel or hospitality company (front desk, reservations, guest services, or call center support)Hospitality / Hotel industry experience is mandatoryImmediate joiner only (candidates with notice period will not be considered)Ability to work rotational shifts during EST hoursComfortable providing 100% virtual/remote customer supportPreferred Skills & QualificationsExperience handling international guests (especially US customers)Familiarity with hotel reservation systems or CRM toolsStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureCustomer-first mindset with attention to detailWhat We’re Looking ForPolished, well-spoken, and professional communicatorGuest-focused with a strong hospitality attitudeReliable, punctual, and adaptable to shift-based workQuick learner who can join and contribute immediatelyHow to ApplyApply only if you:Have hotel/hospitality customer support experienceCan join immediatelyAre comfortable working rotational EST shifts
