The company was also named among the Top 100 Technology Companies Founded by Indians in the U.S. (2014) by SiliconIndia and is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the NMSDC, reflecting its commitment to excellence, diversity, and enterprise-grade delivery.Job TitleHead – GCC Operations, Global Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth(IT & Non-IT Staffing | USA, Europe, Japan, LATAM, India)Location: India (Hyderabad / Noida / Bengaluru / Pune – Flexible)Employment Type: Full-time | Executive LeadershipMarkets: India, USA, Europe, Canada, LATAM, JapanAbout the RoleWe are expanding our India operations and launching a new Global Capability Center (GCC) Operations Excellence Center in India to drive global growth, client acquisition, and revenue expansion across IT and Non-IT staffing and IT project execution.This is a P&L-impacting leadership role where the selected leader will OWN and DRIVE REVENUE GENERATION, along with building and scaling a world-class GCC.This role is for a proven business builder and revenue owner, not a delivery-only or support leader.Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Global New Client Acquisition & Revenue Ownership (MANDATORY)- Own and drive end-to-end revenue generation across: - India domestic market - United States - Europe - Japan - Personally lead new logo acquisition, revenue growth, and account expansion - Sell and close: - IT Staffing - Non-IT Staffing - IT Services / Project & Managed Services - Build and execute go-to-market strategies for global regions - Own sales pipeline, forecasting, deal closures, and revenue targets - Establish strong CXO, procurement, and vendor-management relationships - Work directly with U.S. leadership on global revenue strategy⚠️ Proven track record of revenue generation and new client wins is a NON-NEGOTIABLE requirement.2️⃣ GCC Setup & Operations Excellence- Establish, scale, and lead the India GCC Operations Excellence Center - Build recruiting, delivery, sales support, and shared services teams - Define SOPs, KPIs, governance, and quality frameworks aligned to growth - Ensure operational scalability while supporting aggressive revenue targets3️⃣ IT & Non-IT Staffing Leadership- Lead global delivery for IT and Non-IT staffing programs - High-volume hiring experience across: - IT: Java, Cloud, DevOps, Data, SAP, Cyber, QA, etc. - Non-IT: Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Admin, Operations - Strong understanding of global staffing compliance, onboarding, and MSP/VMS models4️⃣ IT Project & Services Execution- Support acquisition and delivery of IT services and project-based engagements - Oversee offshore / hybrid delivery models - Ensure successful execution of T&M, fixed-price, and managed services contractsMandatory Experience & QualificationsNON-NEGOTIABLE- 12+ years in global staffing, GCC leadership, or IT services - Proven ownership of revenue generation in: - India - USA - Europe - Japan - Demonstrated success closing IT & Non-IT staffing deals and IT services projects - Hands-on experience acquiring new clients (new logos), not just managing accounts - Experience building or scaling a GCC / Offshore Delivery Center
