We conduct high-impact, large-scale live coaching events across India for entrepreneurs, professionals, and families.Engagement Overview We are seeking a young marketing agency to act as our primary marketing and communications partner. The agency will be responsible for end-to-end marketing strategy and creative execution across paid, organic, and owned channels for upcoming events and programs.Scope of Work Paid ad creatives & copy (Meta, Google, YouTube) Campaign messaging for live events Email & WhatsApp communication Organic social media creatives Hooks, angles, and promotional assets for registrationsIdeal Partner Profile Team largely in their 20s / early 30s Strong intuition for digital platforms and formats Strong copywriting and creative capability Fast execution and high ownership Understanding of Indian audiences Experience with events, education, or personal brands preferred Comfortable working with short timelines and clear accountabilityCompensation ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month retainer Long-term engagement opportunity Clear deliverables and feedback cyclesSelection Process Shortlisted agencies will be invited to complete a paid test assignment to assess quality and alignment.
