Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns onMeta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and ROI Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative optimization Monitor daily performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) Scale winning campaigns and manage budgets efficiently Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad copies and creatives Prepare performance reports and insights Requirements: 1–2 years of experience runningMeta Ads Strong understanding of campaign structures, targeting, and bidding strategies Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns Ability to analyze data and optimize based on performance Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager Good communication and analytical skills Why Join Us?
