Key Responsibilities:Plan and Execute Logistics Operations:Ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics, including FTL/PTL shipments and delivery. Vendor Management:Coordinate with transporters, 3PL partners, and other service providers; negotiate contracts and service level agreements. Inventory & Warehouse Management:Monitor stock levels, oversee storage, and ensure compliance with SOPs. Process Optimization:Implement best practices for cost reduction, route optimization, and timely deliveries. Team Leadership:Supervise and guide logistics staff; ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards. Reporting & Analysis:Maintain KPIs for on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction; prepare daily/weekly MIS reports. Compliance:Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and company policies related to logistics and transportation.Qualifications & Skills: Education:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. Experience:8–10 years in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in FMCG/Electrical OR Electronics industry. Technical Skills:Proficiency in SAP/WMS systems, MS Excel, and route optimization tools.
