Workday EIB:Proficient in building and troubleshooting EIB integrations for mass data loads and system integrations. Payroll Experience:Practical working knowledge of EMEA payroll processes, with preference for candidates experienced in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll support. Ticketing Tools:Expert handling ServiceNow or equivalent HR ticketing tools. Stakeholder Management:Demonstrated experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders (HR, IT, service vendors, and business users) and managing expectations. Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical information to non-technical users. Problem Solving:Proactive, accountable, and able to escalate risks and roadblocks effectively.
