Are you an HR professional with hands-on experience inpharmaceutical manufacturing ? We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive / HR Generalist who can manage end-to-endplant HR operations ,statutory compliance ,GMP training , andaudit readinessfor a formulations unit. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (Manufacturing Roles) Hire manpower for Production, Packing, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, EHS & support functions. Conduct shop-floor interviews, trade tests & ensure GMP-ready onboarding. HR Operations & Statutory Compliance Maintain employee files, HRIS, and training records. Ensure compliance with Factories Act, CLRA, PF, ESIC & documentation for GMP/USFDA/WHO/MHRA/ISO audits. Coordinate contractor compliance and labour documentation. Training & Development (GMP-Focused) Prepare Annual Training Calendar (ATC) for GMP, GDP, Safety & Technical modules. Maintain training attendance, assessments & audit-ready documentation. Attendance, Leave & Shift Management Manage daily attendance, OT, shifts, and inputs for payroll. Support 24×7 manufacturing operations through proper scheduling. Employee Relations & Engagement Handle grievances, employee queries & disciplinary actions. Drive engagement activities to improve morale & retention. Health, Safety & Welfare Coordinate with EHS on safety drills, PPE compliance & medical/welfare programs. Policy & Process Adherence Implement HR SOPs and ensure compliance with regulatory expectations. What We’re Looking For Graduate/PG – MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. 3–6 years of HR experience in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant (mandatory). Strong knowledge ofGMP, GDP, statutory compliance & audit documentation . Excellent communication, documentation & shop-floor workforce management skills.
