Organization :Balaram Panda Trust Location: Location: Gunupur, Odisha (with frequent travel to Gudari, Kasinagar, and Rayagad)About the Role: Balaram Panda Trust is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to serve as a Coordinator for supporting Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) located in Gunupur and Gudari of Rayagada district, and Kasinagar and Rayagad of Gajapati district in Odisha. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening grassroots agricultural initiatives by offering guidance, facilitation, and coordination support to the CEOs of the respective FPOs.Key Responsibilities: - Act as a primary point of contact between the Trust and the FPOs. - Maintain and regularly update contact information and communications with the CEOs of the designated FPOs. - Provide ongoing assistance and mentoring to FPO CEOs on administrative, operational, and reporting matters. - Facilitate training, meetings, and workshops for the capacity building of FPO stakeholders. - Ensure timely and accurate data reporting to the Trust. - Undertake regular visits to Gudari, Kasinagar, and Rayagad to monitor field activities and extend required support. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum graduate degree from a recognized institution. - Prior experience or familiarity with the functioning and management of Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) is essential. - Proficient in computer operations, including MS Office, email, and basic data management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Must be stationed in Gunupur and willing to travel extensively to field locations. - Retired persons are also eligible.Compensation: A minimum monthly salary of Rs. 25,000/-, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Interested candidates are requested to submit their details in the link below :Contact : 7873008194 / 7008580353 Please visit us at
