The ideal candidate must possess strong technical command over cinematography and editing, paired with a creative eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and brand communication. This is a role for someone who understands the craft of visual content end-to-end—from planning and shooting to editing and final output. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & CinematographyShoot high-quality videos and photos using professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment. Lead the visual direction, framing, composition, and lighting on all shoots. Plan, organize, and execute shoots including storyboarding, shot lists, and equipment setup. Capture product shots, lifestyle visuals, marketing ads, promotional content, and BTS footage. Editing & Post-ProductionEdit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Perform color grading, color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics. Produce polished short-form content forReels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and social platforms . Retouch, edit, and optimize photography outputs (product + lifestyle). Creative CollaborationWork closely with the content, marketing, and creative teams to conceptualize visual ideas. Ensure brand consistency and high-quality output in every piece of content. Stay updated with modern editing trends, transitions, cinematography techniques, and digital content styles. Media & Workflow ManagementOrganize, backup, and manage raw footage and photography files. Ensure timely delivery of final outputs with strong production value. Required SkillsStrong expertise incinematography, lighting, lens selection, and camera operations . Proficiency invideo editing software(Premiere Pro, FCP, After Effects). Experience shootingproduct videos, lifestyle content, ads, and promotional visuals . Solid understanding of color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and VFX basics. Awareness of social media trends, video styles, and platform-specific formats. Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, Photography, or similar (preferred). 2–5 years of professional experience as a DOP, Cinematographer, Photographer, or Video Editor. A strong portfolio (showreel + photography work) ismandatory .
