JOB SUMMARY: Chandigarh University is seeking a visionaryBrand Directorto spearhead the branding, communications, and outreach strategy for our Lucknow Campus. This senior leadership role demands a strategic thinker, a creative storyteller, and a results-driven leader who can amplify the university’s presence and reputation across IndiaEssential Dutiesand Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:Design and implement a comprehensive branding roadmap for the Lucknow Campus, aligned with Chandigarh University’s overarching vision and values. Team Management:Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across branding, creative, digital, content, and media to deliver impactful campaigns. Campaign Execution:Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and production partners to launch integrated campaigns, PR initiatives, and event promotions. Digital Engagement:Drive social media presence through compelling content, videos, and storytelling that enhances brand recall and generates leads. Offline Branding:Oversee print, radio, outdoor, and experiential campaigns, ensuring strong visibility across schools, colleges, and public spaces. Manage offline branding activities such as print, radio, outdoor campaigns, fairs, and exhibitions, ensuring strong visibility across schools, colleges, and public spaces. Media Relations:Build and nurture relationships with media houses, journalists, and PR partners to secure high-value coverage for university initiatives. Performance Tracking:Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyse market trends, and deliver actionable insights to guide leadership decisions. Strategic Partnerships:Align with brand agencies, studios, or business organizations for joint events, screenings, or exhibitions. Shared audiences = multiplied visibilityQualification & SkillsExperience:15+ years in brand management, marketing, or communications, with a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes. Master’s degree in education , Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Leadership:Exceptional ability to lead, mentor, and manage diverse teams. Expertise:Strong command of both digital marketing and offline branding strategies. Communication:Outstanding networking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
