Skill: PLSQL, Unix Shell Scripting and Data warehouseLocation:Chennai, Bangalore, HyderabadExperience Range :7 to 10Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages for data processing and transformation. - Develop and optimize Unix Shell Scripts for automation, scheduling, and data file handling. - Work on Data Warehouse architecture, ETL processes, and data integration from multiple sources. - Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance tuning of SQL queries and ETL jobs. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Monitor and troubleshoot production jobs, ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment activities.Required Skills:- Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, functions, packages, performance tuning). - Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux Shell Scripting. - Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Fact & Dimension tables). - Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, DataStage, or similar) is a plus. - Familiarity with job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys). - Knowledge of SQL performance optimization and debugging. - Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.Nice-to-Have:- Exposure to Cloud Data Platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, GCP BigQuery). - Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI). - Basic understanding of Python or other scripting languages.
