Junior / Associate Designer (Social Media & Brand Assets)Location: Remote Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a passionate designer to support our day-to-day creative output across social media, YouTube, and brand communication. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director to design social posts, thumbnails, web creatives, and visual assets that align with each brand’s tone and strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign engaging social media creatives, YouTube thumbnails, and web graphics.Adapt and repurpose existing brand assets across multiple formats and platforms.Maintain consistency across design systems and visual identities.Collaborate on campaign visuals, storyboards, and brand storytelling.Assist with light motion design/animation for social posts (if applicable).Manage and organize project files efficiently on Figma or Adobe Cloud.Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).A good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.Basic working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.Keen eye for detail, visual balance, and brand consistency.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.Nice to HaveInterest in social media trends, design systems, and brand storytelling.Familiarity with motion templates or short-form video design.Experience creating visuals for YouTube, Instagram, and web banners.What We OfferOpportunity to work on diverse brands and projects across sectors.Mentorship and creative guidance from a senior design lead.Flexible remote setup with growth opportunities for a long-term role.
