We’re Hiring: Compliance Officer / Senior Compliance Officer Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad Salary: ₹4,80,000 annually Shifts: • 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM IST • 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM IST (During DST) We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer / Senior Compliance Officer to join our growing compliance team. In this role, you’ll ensure timely collection, verification, and approval of professional documentation for healthcare workers (Nurses, Doctors, Allied Health Staff) supporting the NHS, UK. Key Responsibilities Collect and verify compliance documents for NHS healthcare professionals Follow up on pending items like licenses, RTW proofs, trainings, vaccination records & background checks Ensure all documentation meets NHS & recruitment framework standards Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams Maintain accurate records in compliance systems/CRMs Escalate non-compliance issues and support resolution Assist with audits and prepare compliance reports Stay updated with UK healthcare compliance guidelines ✅ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2–3+ years in compliance, document verification, or recruitment (healthcare/NHS preferred) Strong attention to detail & organisational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office & compliance tracking systems Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of NHS compliance standards is a plus Why Join Us?
