Greetings from Peoplefy!We are looking for a hands-on, techno-functional Learning Leader who can translate business goals, product releases, and customer needs into learning experiences that accelerate readiness and growthExperience - 10+ yearsLocation: Trivandrum/ ThirvanthapuramKey ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Execution- Design and operationalize Enterprise Learning strategy spanning internal learning for internal and external learning for clients and partners. - Build frameworks that align learning to business outcomes, product velocity, and client enablement. - Partner with global leaders to define role-based pathways for Product, Tech, Cloud, and Customer Enablement teams.Content & Digital Learning- Oversee creation of high-quality, engaging content across technical, functional, and behavioral domains using tools such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, Camtasia, Adobe Suite, and AI-powered content engines. - Drive monthly product learning updates and translate release notes into accessible, modular learning. - Introduce creative storytelling, video-based micro modularised learning, and gamification to drive adoption.Learning Technology & Analytics- Manage and enhance LMS + SharePoint Hub for internal and external users. - Integrate AI assistant( ZLDA) and intelligent search to personalize learning journeys. - Track learning impact through dashboards, engagement analytics, and ROI metrics for leadership review.Stakeholder & Team Enablement- Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Customer Success leaders to embed learning in every stage of the product lifecycle. - Mentor a small, agile L&D team while working hands-on to deliver programs. - Build partnerships with external trainers, platform vendors, and SIs for client certification and enablement programs.Culture & Communication- Champion a culture of continuous learning across global teams. - Design and deliver learning communications (newsletters, showcases, success stories) to boost engagement. - Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on capability development and AI-driven learning innovation.Internal Qualifications & Experience- 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role in a SaaS, product, or platform company. - Strong techno-functional grounding familiarity with software product cycles, cloud (Azure), and AI. - Proven ability to design and implement digital learning strategies aligned with business transformation goals. - Experience with major LMS platforms, analytics dashboards, and AI-assisted content tools. - Deep understanding of learning ecosystems and emerging edtech trends.Interested candidates please share your resumes on amruta.bu@
