We’re seeking a visionary Creative Director – Copy with a proven record in ideation, scriptwriting, and TVC film campaigns. You’ll lead our creative copy team and own big ideas across TV, digital, and integrated platforms.What You’ll Do:• Lead concept development and oversee script writing for TVCs, branded content & social films.• Drive the creative process from ideation to production, ensuring clarity of message and resonance with audiences.• Collaborate with Art Directors, producers, and directors to bring compelling stories to life.• Pitch concepts to clients and defend creative strategy with confidence.• Mentor, inspire, and elevate copy talent across teams.You Bring:• 9+ years in agency or production environments with strong TVC film/advertising experience.• Portfolio of scripts and campaign work that moves audiences and drives results.• Exceptional storytelling, pitching, and team leadership skills.• Deep understanding of brand narrative and visual storytelling.
