We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Research Analyst to support the organization through comprehensive secondary and primary research. The ideal candidate will gather, analyse and interpret data related to companies, industries, markets and competitors to support strategic decision-making. This role is essential in identifying business opportunities, understanding market trends and delivering actionable insights to internal teams.Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth desk research using public sources, databases, industry reports, news articles and company filings. - Analyse competitor strategies, market trends, business models and financial performance. - Develop and maintain detailed profiles of target companies, industries and markets. - Synthesize large volumes of data into clear, concise and actionable insights. - Design and execute outreach initiatives to collect information from industry experts, customers, partners and other stakeholders. - Use research and validation tools such as Fundoo Data, Lusha, ZoomInfo, ZuaCorp, Apollo.io, RocketReach, Hunter.io and Clearbit to collect accurate contact information and gather market intelligence - Manage contact lists, schedule outreach and maintain communication with research participants. - Validate secondary research findings through primary research for accuracy and relevance. - Prepare research reports, presentations and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional teams. - Provide data-driven recommendations to support business development, partnerships and strategic planning.Desired profile of the candidate:- Freshers may apply; candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience are also welcome. - Strong interest in research, markets and business analysis. - Good communication and writing skills. - Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint or Google Workspace. - Expertise in market research tools or databases such as Fundoo Data, Lusha, ZoomInfo, ZuaCorp similar tools. - Basic understanding of research methodologies. - Strong analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex information - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Curiosity, attention to detail and willingness to learn.Growth Opportunities- Exposure to international markets, clients and cross-functional teams. - Opportunity to progress to Senior Analyst, Research Lead or Strategy roles. - Hands-on experience with industry-standard research and prospecting tools.Education:-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, Statistics or related field.Minimum Experience - 0Maximum Experience - 3Please note: Candidates with more than 5 years of experience, IT background, please do not apply.
