Its manufacturing facilities are approved by major regulatory bodies, including the USFDA and WHO.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to support our Sales team & Customers.Key Responsibilities- Responsible for managing sales operations and data management of assigned projects including, - Process quotations: Upon receipt of client s RFQ, execute the quotes in accordance with internal SOP and supportive tools. Data generation and management of the quotes in Zoho CRM. - Daily coordination with Sales Front office on ongoing matters, RFQs and orders - When necessary, execute specific additional tasks appointed to you by the SSA Supervisor. - Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested - Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports - Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness - Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems - Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements - Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events - Ensure adherence to laws and policiesDesired Candidate :Graduate with 0-5 years experience in Sales Administration / Back office / Sales operations functions preferably with Pharmaceutical Company- Good computer skills (MS Office) - Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - A team player with high level of dedicationEducation & Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science/Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm/B.Tech/Biotechnology preferred).Key Skills- Sales Operation - Data Managment. - Sales Support. - Healthcare. - Back Office. - Sales CoordinationRole Details- Role: Back Office. - Location: JaipurJoin us to gain hands-on experience in healthcare marketing and product management while contributing to impactful projects in the medical services industry.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to WhatsApp: 9509539080.
