Saxon AI is looking for a performance-driven Email Campaign & Digital Ads Specialist with strong HubSpot Marketing Hub expertise to drive our demand generation engine across AI, analytics, automation, and cloud solution offerings.What You'll Do- Build and manage email campaigns, workflows, nurture journeys, and lead scoring in HubSpot. - Run paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube. - Create audience segments, retargeting lists, and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPL, and conversions. - Collaborate with content, SDR, and solution teams on AI-focused campaigns. - Track performance through HubSpot dashboards, GA4, UTMs, and attribution reporting.What You Bring- 2–5 years' experience in email marketing + digital ads. - Advanced HubSpot experience (automation, reporting, segmentation). - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn + Google Ads for B2B lead gen. - Strong copywriting and understanding of AI/tech audiences. - Data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics tools.Nice-to-Haves- Experience in AI, data, cloud, or digital consulting marketing. - Basic design skills (Canva/Figma). - Knowledge of enterprise personas (CIO, CTO, CDO, Data Leaders).Why Saxon AI?- Work with a high-growth AI consulting brand. - Own end-to-end multi-channel demand gen. - Opportunity to innovate, experiment, and scale campaigns globally
