Snooplay is hiring: Growth InternLocation: Delhi NCRType: Internship (2–3 months)Stipend: ₹15,000 fixed + uncapped performance-based variable + full-time conversion for the right fit.About SnooplaySnooplay is building a vertical quick-commerce engine for babies & kids - delivering curated toys, babycare, fashion, gear & essentials in 60 minutes across Delhi-NCR.What this role isA high-ownership, founder’s office–style growth role where you’ll work directly with the core team on:1. Digital + Offline Customer Acquisition- Brainstorm and run scrappy growth experiments across Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta ads, societies, cafés, preschools, events, and hyperlocal hubs. - Explore low-cost or no-cost ways to get parents to try Snooplay’s 60-minute delivery. - Build small GTM playbooks for micro-neighbourhoods in Delhi NCR.2. Leverage and Nurture the Existing Customer Base- Reach out to Snooplay’s current customers via calls, WhatsApp, visits and micro-activations to: understand their experience so far tell them about Snooplay’s new 60-min delivery service and expanded categories nudge them to try us again with relevant, personalised hooks. - Identify champion users who can become advocates and referral engines.3. Customer Research & Ground Truth- Talk to parents regularly and convert conversations into clear insights & action points. - Visit parent communities, societies, baby stores, play schools — know the ground better than Google Analytics. - Become the “voice of the customer” inside the room.Who you are- A hustler who loves solving problems without waiting for perfect data. - Comfortable being in the field, talking to customers, and gathering insights. - Sharp communicator.
