Drive KPI frameworks, data quality standards, and proactive monitoring to enable actionable insights for SNL’s global operations. Acquire and integrate data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring a sustainable and cost-effective data architecture that supports decision-making across the organization. This role is primarily focused on Oracle Cloud HCM data, in the future possibilities to extend to Fusion ERP.What You’ll Do: Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data models in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, leveraging its semantic models, KPI framework, and embedded analytics to serve HR. Contribute to BAM projects within Corporate that have data & analytics as the prime goal or defined as an important enabler. Delivery is transparent, of high quality, on target, documented, following the appropriate project methodology and fully aligned with the business. Work with BAM resources and the Data & Analytics teams on a day-to-day basis to comply and contribute to company standards, share knowledge and align on activities. Build, test, and maintain data pipelines and semantic models in Fusion Data Intelligence. Integrate data from source systems such as Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, Ensure architecture supports scalability, performance, and cost efficiency. Define and lead data quality improvement initiatives in source systems (primarily Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM) and monitor the impact of improved data consistency and accuracy. Explore and pilot AI/ML opportunities within Fusion Data Intelligence to enhance predictive and prescriptive analytics.What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer engineer, mathematics, business administration or econometrics. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence / data analytics. Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or other enterprise BI platforms. Understanding of Oracle ERP. Cloud data structures and subject areas (Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, Comp & Ben) Strong SQL / data modelling skills; experience designing semantic layers and KPI frameworks. Familiarity with predictive analytics & machine learning. Experience with Agile/Scrum and Azure DevOps or equivalent toolsets. Strong analytical skills, ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets. Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Self-starter, able to work independently in a complex, global IT landscape.
