Role Overview:As a Senior SDR, you will be responsible for outbound calling, engaging senior decision -makers, pitching our softwareservices, and booking qualified meetings for our Sales OS Manager. You should have a proven track record in outboundprospecting, exceptional communication skills, and experience engaging with North American clients.Responsibilities:• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients in North America• Effectively pitch software services and articulate value propositions• Identify client needs, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the Sales OS Manager• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular pipeline updates• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.Requirements:• 5–7 years of outbound sales development experience, preferably in software services/SaaS• Demonstrated success booking meetings with North American clients• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (neutral or North American accent preferred)• Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools
