About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive (Female candidates) to join our UK shift Inside Sales team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and delivery, to ensure seamless acquisition and onboarding of clients.Work Location: Chennai - NavalurWork Hours: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (1st half WFO, 2nd half WFH)Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in the UK region. - Work closely with sales leadership to acquire, retain, and grow client accounts. - Conduct market research to understand company capabilities, trends, and competition. - Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. - Coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and address client objectives. - Respond to RFPs and manage proposal submissions end-to-end. - Execute outbound sales activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups. - Manage the full sales cycle—right from prospecting to closing deals. - Maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients through regular engagement.Required Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
