Location: Anna Nagar, ChennaiType: Full-time (On-site)Experience: 2–5 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and creative Performance Marketer who will lead paid media campaigns across multiple brands. Your primary focus will be on scaling results through Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and quick commerce ads, while also contributing basic SEO insights for well-rounded digital performance.Key Responsibilities: Paid Advertising & Lead GenerationPlan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on:- Meta (Facebook + Instagram) - Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) - LinkedIn Ads - Amazon Ads - Flipkart Ads - GEO Targeted Campaigns - AEO Optimisation - Google Maps AdsAdditional responsibilities:- Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads at the lowest cost. - Create campaign funnels, landing pages, and conversion flows.Campaign Management- Take end-to-end responsibility for planning, execution, optimisation, and scaling. - Track daily campaign performance and make adjustments based on real-time data. - Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audience segments, placements, and landing pages.Analytics & ReportingMeasure and report performance using:- Google Analytics - Meta/Google Dashboards - Data Studio / LookerAdditional responsibilities:- Monitor CPI, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other key performance metrics. - Present weekly ROI-driven campaign performance reports.Creative & Strategy Work- Collaborate with content, design, and video teams. - Develop ideas for ad creatives, hooks, angles, and landing page messaging. - Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities and trends.SEO Support (Mandatory Secondary Skill)- Perform basic keyword research, on-page optimisation, and meta updates. - Support off-page activities such as link-building coordination. - Identify basic technical SEO issues and assist in prioritising fixes.Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have- 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience. - Proven success with Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ads, and Quick Commerce Ads (Amazon & Flipkart). - Experience with lead generation, retargeting, funnel optimisation, and scaling campaigns. - Strong understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and remarketing. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive ROI-focused decisions. - Basic experience in SEO on-page and off-page. - Ability to think creatively and solve problems.Good to Have- Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest. - Exposure to CRO and landing page optimisation. - Agency experience managing multiple brands.Why Join Oxyzem- Lead high-impact performance marketing across diverse industries. - Work in a creative, collaborative, fast-growing environment. - Freedom to experiment, innovate, and scale campaigns. - Opportunity to influence overall digital strategy and drive measurable business outcomes.Apply NowSend your resume to contact@Subject line: Performance Marketer – Application✨ Let’s build partnerships that create impact.
