This role is central to shaping the patient journey—from the first inquiry to the final procedure. You will be part of the founding operations team, helping establish systems, trust, and patient experience standards from day one.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Patient Counselling Handle incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, Instagram, ads, and walk-ins. Explain hair transplant options (FUE, DHI, FUT—where applicable), graft requirements, expected results, and timelines in simple language. Understand patient concerns, medical history, and expectations to provide personalised counselling. Convert high-intent leads into confirmed consultations. 2. Doctor Coordination & Clinical Workflow Coordinate consultation schedules with the Dermatologist / Hair Transplant Surgeon. Guide patients on pre-consultation requirements (photos, documents, medical history). Assist and reinforce key points during in-clinic consultations. Ensure smooth post-consultation follow-ups and conversion closure. 3. Sales & Conversion Ownership Own the end-to-end conversion pipeline: lead → consultation → hair transplant procedure. Provide clear explanations of pricing, graft-based packages, add-ons, and EMI options. Handle objections around pain, downtime, results, graft count, and budget. Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets through ethical, trust-driven counselling. 4. Patient Experience & Journey Management Educate patients regarding pre-procedure preparation, timelines, and do’s & don’ts. Coordinate procedure-day flow (arrival, marking, documentation, consent forms). Provide post-procedure care instructions and schedule follow-up visits. Ensure every patient experiences a premium, warm, and professional clinic interaction. 5. CRM, Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, follow-ups, and conversions on CRM (Zoho preferred). Generate daily/weekly reports on lead status, conversion metrics, drop-off points, and feedback. Ensure all documentation adheres to clinic SOPs and compliance. 6. Support in New Clinic Setup (Role-Specific for New Launch) Assist in setting up initial SOPs, patient flows, and service standards. Coordinate with the marketing team for photo/video shoots and patient testimonials. Help manage early operational tasks—inventory, patient-flow optimisation, service quality. Contribute to building the clinic culture, systems, and reputation.Required Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal communication skills inEnglish and Hindi . Strong ability to build trust, reassure patients, and simplify complex medical information. Good understanding of hair transplant basics (training will be provided). High discipline with follow-ups, CRM entries, and conversion management. Professional appearance, warm personality, and patient-centric behaviour.Preferred Experience 1–4 years of experience in dermatology, cosmetology, hair transplant, or aesthetic counselling (mandatory).
