The person will work closely with product, sales, and domain experts to translate technical and clinical value into marketing content that resonates with decision-makers (e.g. hospitals, CROs, pharma / biotech firms, research orgs).Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Collateral & Content Creation- Create product brochures, white papers, data sheets, case studies, pitch decks — explaining complex health-tech / AI / clinical-data solutions in clear, persuasive language. - Translate technical/clinical or research-oriented content into business-oriented benefits (outcomes, ROI, efficiencies, compliance, quality). - Work with design tools or designers to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent materials. - Develop website content, blog posts, newsletters, and thought-leadership pieces positioning Miimansa as a trusted HealthTech partner.B2B Lead Generation & Demand Generation- Identify potential B2B customers — healthcare providers, CROs, pharma/biotech companies, research institutes, hospitals, labs. - Plan and implement outreach campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn, email marketing, industry-specific digital channels) to generate qualified leads (MQLs / SQLs). - Collaborate with sales team to nurture leads, support proposals, and prepare client-facing presentation / pitch decks. - Use data and analytics (e.g. campaign metrics, lead conversion rates) to measure success and refine strategies.Thought Leadership & Market Education- Develop white papers, case studies, and educational content to communicate domain knowledge (clinical research, regulatory aspects, AI in healthtech) to prospective clients. - Plan and support webinars, virtual events, or workshops — to showcase Miimansa’s solutions and build credibility in the healthcare / research community. - Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings and regulatory developments — feed insights back into content and positioning strategy.Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent copywriting — able to simplify complex technical / clinical content into compelling business-oriented messaging. - Understanding of B2B marketing, especially in SaaS / HealthTech / Life Sciences / Clinical Research — ability to address business-stakeholders (hospitals, labs, CROs, pharma). - Prior experience creating marketing collateral such as brochures, white papers, case studies, pitch-decks, and digital content (web, blogs, newsletters). - Familiarity with lead generation techniques — email marketing, LinkedIn or other professional outreach, digital campaigns, and CRM/automation tools (if available). - Ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, sales, clinical experts) and translate technical/clinical value into business value. - Good project management, attention to detail; ability to manage multiple deliverables, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly.
