Job DescriptionPosition: Sr. Manager - InsuranceLocation: Gurgaon, IndiaJob Responsibilities- Providing guidance to the Group’s operating companies on all commercial insurance related matters. - Continual review of the Group’s risk profile to ensure that the insurance programmes are fit for purpose. - Supporting the deployment of insurance processes across the Group e.g. contractual risk reviews, insurable risk reviews. - Oversight of the claims process and driving improvements. - Anticipate regulatory and market developments (maintain familiarity with legislation and developments in the insurance market) - Working in partnership with our external relationships with service providers including brokers, insurers, claims handlers, and loss adjusters. - Supporting the annual underwriting process and market risk submissions including but not limited to preparing renewal questionnaires, consolidating updated information provided by businesses, reviewing and querying any unusual information received, and presenting to the broker. - Support of the risk / premium allocation process. - Assist the Head of Insurance & Control in implementation and regeneration of the Group Dashboards. - Upkeep of the Risk & Insurance intranet site.Experience and Qualification:-- 8-14 years of experience in managing insurance portfolio as insurance client especially in Property & Casualty domain. - Candidate must be from manufacturing industry only. - MBA in Insurance or Associate from Insurance Institute of India (Preferred to have).
