- Identify and acquire new HNI / UHNI clients with investible assets above the defined segment threshold. - Develop strong relationships with clients through a consultative approach and customized investment strategies. - Ensure consistent client engagement and portfolio reviews to strengthen wallet share. - Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to recommend suitable wealth solutions. - Offer a full suite of banking and investment products — including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Life/General Insurance. - Liaise with product and research teams to deliver superior advisory outcomes. - Achieve acquisition, AUM, and revenue targets across investment and banking products. - Drive fee-based income through advisory and transaction-led business. - Maintain a healthy client mix and portfolio diversification. - Ensure adherence to all internal policies, regulatory, and compliance guidelines. - Maintain high ethical standards and client confidentiality at all times. - Complete KYC and due diligence requirements as per bank norms. - Work closely with product, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. - Support cross-functional initiatives for enhancing the private banking franchise.
