This role will be responsible for requirements prioritization, backlog management, release planning, system support and driving technical uplift initiatives. Acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and delivery teams, the Product Owner will ensure the platform delivers reliable, scalable, and innovative solutions aligned to enterprise objectives.What are the primary responsibilities of the Role?- Lead the requirements intake, prioritization, and backlog management for the Q2C system in alignment with business requirement and strategy. - Manage end-to-end support operations to ensure system stability, timely incident resolution, and proactive problem management. - Oversee release cycles include planning, testing, deployment, and post-release validation. - Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, commercial, Operations, and external vendors to ensure alignment of Q2C capabilities with business processes. - Conduct design and technical review sessions with architecture, developers, and vendor teams to ensure scalable and future-ready solutions. - Drive technical uplift and modernization initiatives to enhance performance, security, and integration with other enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, Manufacturing Systems). - Define and track success metrics and KPIs for enhancement, including adoption, system performance, and user satisfaction. - Support end-to-end BAU operations to ensure system stability, timely incident resolution, and proactive problem management. - Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to business and leadership teams. - Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure integration framework delivery quality and value.Experience & Qualifications:Mandatory (critical for the Role):- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field - Proven experience (5+ years) in Product owner, Technical Business Analyst, or IT Product Management roles in large enterprise environments. - Strong background in Quote to Cash, Web Apps, ERP, CRM, or large-scale transactional systems (preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors). - Demonstrated experience in managing sprint planning, release cycles, technical upgrades, and enterprise- scale system integrations. - Track record of engaging with senior business stakeholders and translating strategic objectives into technical delivery. - Certification in Agile/Scrum Product Ownership (CSPO/PSPO) or equivalent is highly desirable.Key Technical Skills:Skills (Technical, Business, Leadership):- Technical Expertise: Technically conversant with APIs, integration, custom and cloud platforms and data technologies - Leadership: Ability to manage diverse teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority. - Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences. - Analytical Thinking: Skilled in identifying patterns, solving complex problems, and making data-driven decisions. - Adaptability: Highly organized and structured; and able to manage multiple workstreams concurrently. - Tools Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).Intermediate knowledge of SQL for data queries, reporting, and troubleshooting.- Reporting and data visualization experience, including Power BI basics for dashboards and performance insights. 3
