The role also involves timely communication with customers to address queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth loan funding experience.Qualifications- Knowledge and experience in Mortgage Marketing, Mortgages, and Mortgage Lending - Strong understanding of Finance and loan funding processes - Excellent Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with clients and resolve concerns - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records - Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used in mortgage lending processes - Ability to work collaboratively and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
