Job Title - Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts (F&A)Department - Finance & AccountsLocation- Corporate Office, HyderabadReporting To - AGM – Finance & AccountsQualification - Chartered Accountant (CA)Experience Required 2–3 Years of Post Qualification Exp.Key ResponsibilitiesCategoryResponsibility DescriptionFinancial StatementsPreparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual IND AS–compliant standalone and consolidated financial statements.MIS & Variance AnalysisPreparation of monthly and quarterly MIS reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet). Perform variance analysis vs. budgets/forecasts and provide financial insights. Assist in budgeting and forecasting.Dashboards & KPIsCreate dashboards on revenue, costs, profitability, KPIs, and business performance metrics. Track KPIs such as EBITDA, margins, working capital, OPEX, etc. Support cost optimization initiatives.Fixed AssetsManage and update the Fixed Asset Register (FAR). Track project progress, ensure accurate capitalization, and support timely reporting.Related Party TransactionsConduct related party reconciliations ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.Plant Accounts & ComplianceConduct mandatory monthly plant visits (3–4 days). Ensure statutory and internal compliance. Review plant accounts and establish strong control mechanisms.Audit SupportOversee internal and statutory audits.
