Desired Candidate- Ideal incumbent will have overall 4-5 years of experience in IT Hiring and at least 1-3 years of multi facet level key account management and hiring experience with mid / large IT & Software Product Development firms - Should have atleast 2 years of Client Account Management experience and managing end to end client delivery - Excellent team management & mentoring skills are a must for this role.
