Dentsu is a network designed for what’s next, helping clients predict and plan for disruptive future opportunities and create new paths to growth in the sustainable economy through five global leadership brands: Carat, Dentsu Creative, dentsu X, iProspect and Merkle, each with deep specialisms.Operating in over 145 markets worldwide with more than 46,000 dedicated specialists and partnering with 95 of the top 100 global advertisers our collective vision is to be at the forefront of people-centred transformations that shape society.We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Group Head - Account Management with our awesome team in Gurgaon.Role & responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. - Strategic Planning: Working with clients to understand their business objectives and developing effective strategies or solutions to achieve them. - Business Growth: Identifying new business opportunities within existing client accounts, contributing to solution development, proposal writing (RFPs/SOWs), and driving revenue growth (upsell/cross-sell). - Project Oversight and Delivery: Leading and governing the end-to-end execution of projects/programs, ensuring deliverables are on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting quality standards and client expectations. - Team Collaboration and Leadership: Coordinating with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., creative, product, engineering) to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Mentoring and guiding team members in client engagement best practices. - Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identifying potential issues, risks, and dependencies, and driving them toward resolution. - Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring key performance metrics, conducting performance reviews (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews), analyzing data, and reporting progress and insights to both internal and external senior leadership - Contract Negotiation and Compliance: Ensuring all client contracts clearly define the scope of work, deliverables, and payment terms, and that project execution remains compliant with these agreed-upon conditions. - Billing Oversight: Coordinating the accurate and timely preparation and issuance of estimates, PO/RO, client invoices in compliance with engagement terms.
