Immediate joiners are highly preferred.Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates. - Communicate confidently with candidates (both voice and written). - Engage and assess web applicants for fit, interest, and availability. - Proactively source talent through platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Bullhorn. - Manage varying requisition volumes based on client needs. - Evaluate candidates’ skills, goals, and technical capabilities.Important Note: End-to-end recruitment training will be provided by the PSG Training Manager.
