The Career Counselor will work closely with students to provide guidance on setting and achieving academic and career goals. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, assisting with career planning and management, and fostering student development through tailored advice and resources. The role requires collaboration with other educators to design and implement effective career-related programs while supporting the mission and vision of the academy.Qualifications- Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management - Proficiency in Student Counseling and fostering student growth - Strong Communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with educators and staff to create impactful programs - Experience in educational or counseling environments - A degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field is preferred - Commitment to the values of inquiry, reflection, and student empowerment
