Every drop is a moment, but the platform is the big picture and our brand must ignite cultural hype.We’re looking for a Creative Team Lead to shape DROPZ’s visual identity and lead a team of designers in crafting bold, memorable aesthetics that make every drop iconic. You’ll drive the creative vision, oversee all design outputs, and ensure our visuals resonate with our audiences in today’s fast-moving digital world.’• Own the full creative direction of DROPZ: brand identity, campaign storytelling, visual language, tone of voice, and every single asset that hits the internet or the streets.• Build and run a tight, high-velocity in-house creative team (designers, motion artists, editors) that ships fire every single week without excuses.• Concept and art-direct every drop campaign from scratch: key visuals, launch films, countdown timers, social carousels, reels that stop doom-scrolling, unboxing moments, limited-edition packaging, merch inserts, OOH takeovers, whatever it takes to create FOMO at scale.• Personally jump in and design/edit/direct when the bar isn’t being met - you lead from the front, not from Slack.• Own end-to-end production: casting, location scouting, shoot direction, post-production, final delivery - launches never slip on creative.• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Growth, Content, Product, and Community leads to make sure every visual and every word is engineered to sell out in minutes.• Obsess over performance data (reel completion rates, save-to-share ratio, CTR, community sentiment) and beat last drop’s numbers every single time.• Stay 3–6 months ahead of culture, you’re the one who spots the next aesthetic, meme format, or sound before it trends.• Create bulletproof brand guidelines, asset kits, and motion templates that scale globally but never feel generic.• A strategic leader with 2+ years in design leadership, brand identity, or creative direction (agency or startup background preferred).• A mentor who inspires and manages a team of designers to deliver cohesive, high-impact work.• A portfolio that makes us jealous, campaigns that have genuinely sold out product, crashed websites, or trended on social.• You can concept in the morning, art-direct a shoot in the afternoon, and edit a reel at night if that’s what it takes.• Expert across the full stack: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, Blender/Spline (you pick up new tools in days, not months).• Fluent in Gen-Z internet: you know why a certain font + sound + transition combo will 10× views.• Zero tolerance for average, when something ships below the standard, it keeps you up at night.• Full ownership of creative for India’s first limited-edition platform.• The chance to build and guide a dynamic design team in a fast-paced, culture-first startup.• A vibrant, creative environment where your vision shapes how DROPZ is seen and remembered.• The rare chance to put your name on a brand that will be remembered for the next decade.
