Kenangan Coffee is a global cafe chain in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Australia and India. Kenangan Coffee India is now hiring a hands-on and detail-oriented Project & Maintenance Assistant Manager to support the new store development renovation, and operational upkeep of our cafe outlets across India. This role ensures that new store projects are executed on time, within budget, and in accordance with brand guidelines, while also managing the preventive and corrective maintenance needs of our cafe outlets.Working Location: Gurugram, IndiaIdeal Candidate Profile:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields. - At least 5 years' of experience in project management or facilities/maintenance roles, preferably in the Cafe or Food & Beverage sector with ability to read CAD drawings. - Must have hands-on experience servicing and maintenance of Aircon (Carrier Midea), Western Chillers, Blender (Vitamix), Commercial Rapid Oven (Merrychef) - Must hands-on trouble-shoot and service equipments and maintain facilites in the cafe outlets - Hands-on trouble-shooting coffee machine with grinder will be advantagegous - Experience in new F&B store construction workflows from securing multiple quotation for price comparison, supervisory of work execution accoring to store design plan, tracking timeline of store delivery and handover from contractor to Company - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and maintenance tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication, vendor management, and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality, cost control, and operational efficiency. - Willingness to travel for site visits and project supervision. - Ability to communicate fluently in English is a must.Job Profile:Project Management- Responsible for end-to-end project execution for new store openings, renovations, and upgrades. - Secure and compare multiple quotation to ensure cost savings for each store projects - Coordinate design reviews with International Design Team, layout planning, equipment specifications, and brand-standard compliance. - Manage timelines, contractors, vendors to ensure smooth project delivery. - Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. - Responsible for budget preparation, cost estimation, and expenditure tracking for all projects.Maintenance Management- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all F&B outlets to ensure smooth daily operations. - Manage service providers and contractors based on contract for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, airconditioners, chillers, Coffee Equiment, Blender, Oven, and any other equipments, and general repairs. Hands-on serving is expected for all equipments after service contract ends. - Implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution. - Troubleshoot urgent maintenance concerns and coordinate rapid resolution to minimize downtime. - Review and optimize maintenance processes, SLAs, and expense utilization.Operational Support- Ensure all equipment and facilities comply with relevant regulations, hygiene standards, and safety requirements. - Maintain accurate documentation of store assets, equipment warranties, and service records. - Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Store Development teams for seamless execution of store initiatives. - Support sustainability initiatives related to utilities efficiency and equipment lifecycle.Interested candidates, please send your updated resume to: apac.jobs@
