Bhalekar Consulting is expanding its engineering capability and we’re looking for a seasoned Full-Stack PHP Developer who can architect, build, and ship robust web applications for global clients.What you’ll do- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP (preferably Laravel / Symfony or similar frameworks). - Build clean, responsive front-ends using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar). - Work with MySQL / PostgreSQL (or similar) to design efficient schemas and write optimized queries. - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, DevOps, Design) to deliver high-quality solutions on time. - Review code, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in coding standards and architecture. - Own the full SDLC: requirements understanding, estimation, development, testing support, deployment, and post-release improvements.What we’re looking for- 10+ years of hands-on experience in PHP-based web development. - Strong experience with at least one major PHP framework (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.). - Solid front-end skills in JavaScript, along with strong command over HTML/CSS. - Strong database design and query optimization experience (MySQL/PostgreSQL). - Experience with Git and standard CI/CD workflows. - Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture. - Experience working in agile environments and with distributed teams. - Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.Nice to have- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). - Exposure to Docker or containerized deployments. - Experience leading a small development team or acting as a technical lead.Why join Bhalekar Consulting?- Opportunity to work on challenging, real-world projects for international clients. - High ownership and autonomy in solution design and implementation. - Collaborative, learning-focused environment with exposure to Data & AI–driven solutions.
