Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.Deloitte Bombay is Hiring | Senior Test Engineer – Payments Testing- Investigate and resolve payment-related issues such as failed transactions, missing credits, and reconciliation discrepancies. - Analyze SWIFT MT/MX messages, payment instructions, and transaction flows. - Collaborate with internal teams and external banks to resolve payment exceptions and inquiries. - Document findings, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (AML, sanctions screening, etc.). - Support migration projects involving ISO 20022 and integration with new platforms. - Work closely with developers and BAs to enhance payment workflows and reduce exceptions. - Maintain accurate records and deliver timely reports to stakeholders.Required Skills- Payments Expertise: SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022, clearing and settlement processes. - Trade Finance Knowledge: LC, BG, collections, and related workflows. - Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret transaction data and identify discrepancies. - Tools: SWIFT Alliance, payment investigation tools, Excel. - Communication: Strong ability to interact with banks, clients, and internal teams. - Compliance Awareness: AML, sanctions, and regulatory standards.How you will growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
