Position: Manager – FMRGrade: E2Location: ChennaiShift: 1 30 pm to 10 30 pmJob Summary:The Financial and Management Reporting Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with timelines and accuracy of monthly financial processes. The role involves managing month-end closing, P&L review, variance analysis, inventory reporting, budgeting, and year-end audit support. The position requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and readiness for international travel.Job Description:- Handle month-end processes, including period close and reconciliations. - Perform variance analysis, P&L review, and financial performance analysis. - Manage Forex revaluation, inventory reporting, and reconciliations. - Support budgeting cycles and preparation of annual operating plans. - Handle year-end audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and auditors for smooth financial operations. - Ensure adherence to timelines and accuracy SLAs for all reporting processes.Profile Description:- CA qualification is mandatory with experience in a core manufacturing company (FMCG preferred). - Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Excel; familiarity with Oracle and SAP BPC/BO/BI is an advantage. - Excellent communication skills and ability to manage clients, teams, and auditors. - Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. - Willingness to travel to Nigeria for 3–4 months annually, primarily during: - Budget support: August–September - Year-end close support: December–FebruaryWe are Mindsprint!A leading-edge technology and business services firm that provides impact driven solutions to businesses, enabling them outpace speed of change.
