We care about your growth at Tricog and ensure that you are a valuable addition to the team.Website Link - & Responsibilities- Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks - Screen resumes and application forms - Take an exploratory call with the candidates for commercial roles - Conduct campus drives, Walk-ins etc - Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates - Hire & coordinate with the recruitment vendors - Prepare recruitment-related reports on a regular basis - Participate in organizing company events - Closely work with the HR - engineering and help in coordinating recruitment-related tasksWho can apply- MBA Graduate ( 2022 / 2023 batches) - Willing to work from the office (Malleshwaram) and can join us immediately - Willing to pursue a 6-month internship pre-conversion into permanent employment.
