HR & Accounts Admin | Full-Time | IndiaGetup Solutions is expanding its India operations and is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Admin to support our Australian and Indian teams.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing HR processes, handling accounts administration, and supporting fast-growing digital teams in a structured environment.About Getup SolutionsGetup Solutions is an Australia-based AI-driven digital transformation agency helping businesses grow through automation, CRM, digital marketing, and technology solutions. Our India team works closely with Australian leadership and global clients.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations- Manage employee onboarding & offboarding (contracts, NDAs, documentation) - Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance documentation - Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and candidate communication - Track attendance, leave, performance, and weekly HR reports - Support internal HR processes using Accounts & Administration- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and expense records - Maintain billing logs and financial documentation - Coordinate with Australian accounts team for reporting - Support vendor payments, reimbursements, and admin tasksRequirements- 2–4 years experience in HR & Accounts Administration - Strong communication skills (English mandatory) - Experience with MS Office / Google Workspace - Knowledge of HR operations and basic bookkeeping - Experience with CRM, or HRMS is an advantage - Ability to work aligned with Australian time zonesWhy Join Us- Work with an international, AI-focused agency - Career growth across HR, operations, and finance - Exposure to global processes and modern systems - Supportive and professional work culture
