The role also involves guiding students through the placement process and building strong relationships with potential recruiters.Qualifications- Experience with Campus Placement and College Recruiting processes - Strong Communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in delivering Training programs and enhancing Soft Skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry stakeholders - Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage placement-related tasks - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
