The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruiting, training, policy implementation, and employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include managing the recruitment process, conducting performance reviews, handling disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.Qualifications- 10+ Years of experience required - Master's Degree - Human Resources Management, Knowledge of HR principles, and HR policies implementation - Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding - Training and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations - Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Previous experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
