Job Description:Domain: F&A- Solution development from conceptualizing and structuring the solution, costing-pricing, developing & presenting proposals, writing SOW, service levels and business outcomes. - Conceptualize solutions that integrate all aspects of organizational capability to address client's business objectives and add value to client's overall business. - Aligns the transition/transformation architect, commercial architect and SME resources to develop the overall solution - Unifying the team to build a value proposition which shows HCL's capabilities & how they meet or exceed client's needs - Contributes to the writing and presentation of overall solutions to the client, Create presentations, collaterals, sales pitches - Conduct and actively participate in client interactions throughout the sales process, as necessary - Provide input for internal reviews and external documentation including required risk management contingencies - Leads solution review sessions and participates in contract, SLA and SOW negotiations. - Proactively reviewing solutions and gaining alignment with transition, transformation, and operational delivery on proposals - Bring Market intelligence, Industry intelligence, keeps up to date with market trends and able to speak confidently about the external market and position HCL positively within that - Advise and recommend solutions strategies, processes and methodologies to the client to facilitate their decision making and, where possible, steers their thinking to align to the HCL solution - Gather inputs from diverse range of sources to create an articulate & compelling proposition for the client, Shares best practices and lessons learned in order to develop the HCL proposition - Work with onsite sales teams, in a partnership model to pro-actively research specific accounts, identify client's pain areas/business challenges, and design appropriate solutions for pro-active proposals. - Work with Delivery, Pricing, Transition teams to address pursuits (RFX- s) and lead solution design activities - Convince stakeholders of the challenges identified and how the proposed solution benefits the client(1.) To create a funnel of new business opportunities from the current account by showcasing HCL end-to-end service capabilities.(2.) To maintain and sustain relationship with customer contacts.(3.) To oversee commercial aspects (revenue| margins| receivables) for the current account.(4.) To proactively locate gaps in current delivery and build business case for enhanced service offerings.(5.) To track and ensure that delivery escalations are closed appropriately.
