Location: Bengaluru (On-site)Experience: 2-3 yearsRole Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Marketing Automation & CRO Manager to improve our end-to-end customer journey, increase website conversion rates, and build automated lifecycle flows across Email, WhatsApp, Push and more. This role is responsible for driving repeat purchases, reducing funnel drop-offs, and improving overall revenue efficiency for our D2C ecosystem.Key Responsibilities- Own marketing automation across Email, WhatsApp, Push & SMS - Build high-performing flows, for Brand Discovery, Pre-purchase, Post-purchase, win-back, Referral - Segment users based on behaviour, RFM, purchase history & lifecycle stage - Analyse user behaviour using GA4, Hotjar, Clarity & funnel reports - Drive CRO initiatives across homepage, landing pages, PDPs & checkout - Run A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement & revenue metrics - Improve add-to-cart rate, checkout completion & repeat order rate - Collaborate with design, product & tech for UX/UI improvements - Build dashboards for automation, funnel & retention metrics - Optimise automation performance: open rates, CTR, conversions & retentionRequirements- 2-3 years experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing or CRO - Hands-on experience with WebEngage/MoEngage/Klaviyo/HubSpot - Strong understanding of GA4, funnels, attribution & segmentation - Experience with CRO tools (Hotjar, Clarity, VWO, etc.) - Ability to plan and run A/B tests and interpret results - Good understanding of eCommerce/D2C customer behaviour - Strong analytical and communication skillsGood to Have- D2C or eCommerce growth experience - Knowledge of RFM, cohort analysis & retention models - Familiarity with product recommendation tools or loyalty systemsSuccess Indicators- Improved website conversion rate - Higher repeat purchase rate & AOV - Better performance across automation flowsReduced drop-offs across funnel stages
